Enforcement Procedure
If your request for accessible information or your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed as outlined in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, you may file a formal complaint.
You may also file a complaint if you do not receive a response within 20 business days.
Complaints can be submitted through the Generic Instance at the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, or through the channels provided in the Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Complaints will be handled by the Subdirectorate General for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
